What does “ceremonial grade” mean?
It’s matcha made for drinking straight (whisked with water), as opposed to culinary grade meant for lattes and baking.
How do I whisk it?
Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl to break up clumps. Add about 70ml of hot water (not boiling, around 80°C / 175°F). Whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until frothy, about 15–20 seconds.
How should I store it?
In a cool, dry place away from light. Reseal the tin tightly after each use.
